Director Barbara Powell provides a colorful and safe environment for children ages 6 months to 5 years old. Learning, creativity and physical activities five (5) days a week. Diverse nutritious food choice menus & family style dining: breakfast, lunch and two snacks. They also help the children tap into emotions and understand them. Great service and friendly.

I was so hesitant to send my children to a daycare after having them watched by grandma since birth. Little did I know, Effective Child Care Services was exactly what we needed. They are warm, loving, fun, and dependable. It's like sending your kids to family each and every day. My sons love going to "school." They love all their teachers and talk about them all the time. The owner, Ms. Barbara, is so wonderful. She truly understands not only what parents are looking for, but what each child needs on their own individual level. They make sure your child is meeting developmental milestones and give them plenty of opportunities to do so. Their communication is one of a kind! My child attended this daycare. The director, Barbara, is phenomenal. Safety feels like her number one concern. That is likely due to her background in social work. Safety is so important, especially with little ones who can't yet verbalize their concerns. My daughter loved the staff. They have wonderful communication. They even sent me pictures of her throughout the day. Barbara gave this first-time mom peace of mind!

Caring staff. Really treats your child as their own. My daughter entered at 3 1/2 months and is now 2 1/2 years old. They have taught her so much and she has been thoroughly engaged during each stage.

Barbara understands all children: children that are on the spectrum, children that may experience some anxiety, children that are mainstream. She socializes all of them together in a loving environment.

I get daily updates about my child. As a first-time mom, I was worried about sending my child to daycare but I felt so comfortable and at ease knowing while I'm working my child is safe.
